A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your place in our atelier. Full payment must be settled before final delivery of any bespoke evening wear.
Fittings & Alterations
Standard alterations within the scope of work are included. Our personalized styling requires your presence at 3 scheduled fittings in Sandwell.
Cancellations
We're dedicated to your vision, but once fabric is cut, materials cannot be reclaimed. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of your initial consultation.
